  • Ronald E. Foore - Pass - Wait Until Next Year

I am an avid reader of all of the "Best..." editions and am usually entertained and find these selections as wonderful opportunities to sample authors I have not had the opportunity to read during the year. I agree with some of the other critics of this year's short story selections: less than half of these stories ought to have even been included. When this year's guest editor "disses" the genre, though, the reader should be clued into the notion that this is not going to be the best complilation. Maybe in the future the publishers of this series will do a more thorough job of evaluation. There are much better stories out there. Don't waste your money - wait until next year.

  • FJR1300 - Great product!

I installed the cross bars on my 2010 EXL and it was a breeze. As other reviews have said the end caps are tricky to remove but with one person inserting the screwdriver and a second pulling it rearward we had them off in 4 minutes. The fit and finish of the product is great but I used Honda's directions for the OEM cross bars to be more helpful (found on google). The whole thing took 30 minutes.

  • MikeF - Cautious, but hopeful diet plan

The initial first week or two weight loss was great, as expected, but it slows considerable after that. Not sure if the weight loss is from the product, or simply that you are not eating real food. Hopefully, a little of both. The product taste is okay, not good, but not distastful either. I must admit I had to add vanilla extract or a tablespoon of honey to make it sweeter. Also, adding ice seems to enhance the flavor some and make the drink more enjoyable. It is not recommended that one use this product for a three meal a day eating plan, just two, as is stated on the product pamphlet that is in each box. So be advised that you will still need to plan one meal a day, preferably a low cal, high nutrient type. Some people report feeling an energy boost from the product, but I am still waiting for that. And while using, keep an eye on your creatine/protein level in the blood stream by regular doctor visits/blood tests, as it may be hazardous to your health, even though the contents are soy - not animal - protein. All in all, I am in my 4th week and lost 10 pounds. This is about average, although 7 of those 10 were in week one. Also, know that you will need an action plan to keep the weight off once finished with this product, or - as most research will tell you - the weight will come right back if you do not chnage your eating habits for the better. Finally, exercise will help without a doubt. On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 the best, I rate this product a 7 for taste, 8 for effectiveness, and 6 for cost, as it is quite expensive. But if it works, it is all worth it, and therein lies the real appeal to most who will try it.

  • Wade - Worked for me!

Probioslim worked for me. Have not monitored weight. Tried it for digestive problems. My stomach ached constantly everyday, and I was plagued with loose bowels all day, messing my underwear daily. Medication and diet changes diet changes recommended by a gastroenterologist I was seeing didn't work. I noticed improvement the first day I tried Probioslim and digestive problems were eliminated after a week. I can even drink coffee now without feeling sick.
