I find that rinsing with this mouthwash at night helps lessen my episodes of dry mouth when I awake during the night. Otherwise its not a bad product, though I would have preferred it it had a nice minty taste to it. Taste isnt bad just not very pleasant

I AM CONVINCED THAT THIS BOOK KEPT ME FROM GETTING A COLD THIS PAST FALL/WINTER. I NORMALLY SPEND A COUPLE OF WEEKS WITH A NASTY COLD OR FLU. I wanted to know how come they dont sell the severe congestion spray in the stores any more ? They sell sinus and the regular afrin spray but i have a hard time finding this paticular spray and its the best one out of all of them . I have gone to so many stores and they never have this spray, I think they should have this spray on the market all the time like they have the other ones I cant tell you how well this spray works and so quick and quick relieve at the same time I have refered this spray to so many people and they think its great but when you run out and you cant find it in the store what good is it when you have to wait so long to recieve it in the mail.It would be nice if they had it in the store more often.

*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^*^RLS SUFFERERS! Please - read my review. I've never done an in depth review on amazon before & i purchase A LOT on here. I bought this product after a friend said to try it bc it helped her RLS. I have SEVERE symptoms - mostly in my arms. It basically has ruined my life. I'm a 29 year old, newly married female who wishes to continue to share the bed with my husband and not be banished to the couch. The only way i'm able to sleep is to take a crazy amount of the drug called mirapex and a percocet (as OK'd by my doc). Lately the combo hasn't been working for me. I was still experiencing terrible symptoms in my arms - that uncontrollable, disgusting, horrible, indescribable feeling....so the product comes nice and quick as always. I read another review that said to first put it into very hot water and let it get all the fizz out. GREAT suggestion btw bc (i got the unflavored) its kinda gross lol not intolerable but not great either (acidic ,a little vinegar-y). within a half hour on the first day i felt a literal sense of calm. almost like i took a small dose xanax. but the real test would be at night. breaking it into 3 doses (jumping the gun a little bc i also read to take it slow bc it has a laxative effect...which yea, it does so be careful). i had the second during lunch in a cold drink - gross - don't do that. but forced it down so not to waste it...continued calm and no creepy crawly RLS symptoms. fast forward 9 hours from the first dose i'm at home relaxing on the couch with no symptoms. felt totally calm and relaxed. after dinner i had another dose in tea with lemon and sugar & actually fell asleep on the couch ( i took 2 RLS pills with dinner but they never relieve my symptoms fully anymore ) moved into bed and slept a full night without having to take my pain killer which is usually the only thing that helps calm those final nagging arm symptoms.

Oh my gosh, this was such a treat. The aroma of the dried leaves very distinctly have a strong green herbal fragrance. It's heavenly intoxicating just to simply smell the bag. The package is relatively small, but the good news is that you only need one tsp of loose tea per cup of water. I made a cup of tea this evening with my dinner and it was super tasty and I love that it comes with a tea infuser. I steeped it for the 3 minutes and next time will steep for an additional minute for stronger flavor. It's delicious. So yummy. The PM one does have senna in it so it will also help you go to the bathroom in the mornings. Good stuff! I purchased this product at a discounted price, and was asked to leave an honest review of my experience with it.
