I'm not sure what all the bad reviews are for. This product works great! I bought two and set them up with Alexa in under 10 mins. As long as you have a good WiFi connection and decent internet speed you will be fine. If you have a crappy router don't expect this to work well. The instructions are really not that hard to follow. If you want to waste money on a wemo device and spend the extra money on a hub be my guest, but I have had no problems with this device since I bought it.

This is going to be short and sweet. Nothing against PF Harris but I sprayed this DIRECTLY on the bugs. It appeared they were dead. However, as a test, I placed several of the bugs I had sprayed directly into a sealed glass container and waited about 1/2 Hr. Strangely enough they were all up and walking about. The Terro bed bug killer contains the same ingredients. Simply put, IT DOES NOT WORK even spraying directly on the bugs. Deltamethrin is not an effective bed bug killer. Ortho Home Defense Max works but I don't know how safe it is near the bed.

Took exactly as directed, ate very healthfully, small portions, low-carb, etc., got at least one hour of activity/exercise every day - and lost 0 (Zero) pounds over a month. When will I learn that weight loss does not come in a pill? Might work for someone who is very overweight, I just wanted to lose about 20 pounds.

I really like my Navien it works exactly like promised. Three showers can be used a once with no problem.The main thing with all tank less heaters is gas supply.My gas meter was only rated at 350,000 btu's. Not enough to run the tank less plus other appliances. The gas company upgraded it for free to a 1,000,000 btu unit and I have had no problems at all.I put it in myself in one day and sold my used hot water tank on Craig's list. I would wouldn't be afraid to buy one of these they are a good product.....

Part of a system overhaul. Seems okay..minor irregularities in function. Properties function does not work sometimes. Still learning about how to best use it's capabilities.

I gave a copy of this book to the Bay Bridge. This is such an important book and topic, especially in the San Francisco Bay region, where we've had two huge ships crash into the bridge supports for the Bay Bridge (San Francisco to Oakland, near the port of Oakland). First we had the 270ft Cosco Busan crash into the bridge supports in 2007 and leak 50,000 gallons of fuel oil into the bay. Then in January 2013, the 750ft Overseas Reymar crashed into Bay Bridge. I hope the Bay Bridge reads its copy before it gets seriously hurt. If that doesn't work, I hope the author writes a sequel called "How to Avoid Huge Bridges", which should be very popular with the foreign ships entering our fine San Francisco bay.

Wii game seemed to freeze at certain times when it was first played. Not sure if it was the game or maybe our console just because it had been a while since it was last used. After playing it a couple more times it seemed to be okay so hopefully all is well.
