La doxycycline, membre de la famille des tétracyclines, agit par inhibition de la fixation de l’ARNt sur la sous-unité 30S du ribosome, empêchant l’élongation de la chaîne peptidique. Elle se caractérise par un spectre très large incluant bactéries atypiques, rickettsies, chlamydiae et spirochètes. Sa biodisponibilité digestive est excellente, mais elle est diminuée en cas d’ingestion simultanée de sels de calcium, fer ou magnésium. La doxycycline diffuse bien dans les tissus et possède une demi-vie longue, permettant des administrations biquotidiennes. Elle est éliminée principalement par voie biliaire. Les précautions concernent le risque de photosensibilisation, d’hyperpigmentation dentaire et de troubles digestifs.   • Jaimielynn - Lots of bubbles and smells nice

    I don't understand some of the reviews that say the smell is unpleasant or too strong. It's not at all. It's a nice baby smell and my daughter hardly smells like it when she comes out of the tub. I also don't understand the ones that say there's no bubbles...you must be doing it wrong. I squirt it in the running water and it makes plenty of bubbles. It is very rich so little goes a long way. Lather just a small amount to wash the baby. I like this much better than Johnson and Johnson bedtime bath, it makes much more bubbles and the scent is nicer

    The FM transmitter works well. I like that you can plug in to the aux input & not use the bluetooth. The fit in the cigarette lighter is very tight. My cigarette lighter doesn't turn off with the ignition, so I have to unplug all of the time. It would be nice if it had an on/off switch.

    I LOVE this thing. I love the non typical way you squeeze it to grind. It is so pretty and chic and modern. Would make a really awesome gift. My favorite part is that it's adjustable, so you can decide how big or small you want your pepper or spice to come out. Every fall I get in a soup making mood and I'm already there! This will be great on top of my split pea soup. (Disclaimer:I was sold this product at a discount for my honest feedback. )

    I have used this product for a bit over a month and have enjoyed the stimulating feeling when applying to my scalp but have notice a healthier and increased volume.
