La doxycycline, membre de la famille des tétracyclines, agit par inhibition de la fixation de l’ARNt sur la sous-unité 30S du ribosome, empêchant l’élongation de la chaîne peptidique. Elle se caractérise par un spectre très large incluant bactéries atypiques, rickettsies, chlamydiae et spirochètes. Sa biodisponibilité digestive est excellente, mais elle est diminuée en cas d’ingestion simultanée de sels de calcium, fer ou magnésium. La doxycycline diffuse bien dans les tissus et possède une demi-vie longue, permettant des administrations biquotidiennes. Elle est éliminée principalement par voie biliaire. Les précautions concernent le risque de photosensibilisation, d’hyperpigmentation dentaire et de troubles digestifs.     Love Balmex !! Have used it for 35. + years. Good for any rash, including jock rash states my Husband. It's action is soothing and it forms a breathable barrier on the skin, so it's great for use on baby's and also for any adult moisture pron areas. I'm a retired nurse and mother, I highly recommend this product and Amazon has the best price at this time !!

    Fairly limited when it comes to editing the maps. I was hoping for better features and perhaps a google earth type photos to work with.. But nope its just maps.. might be good when incorporated with a GPS system, I was just looking to edit map points and use it for work, not what I expected and for that large of a price I most likely would not have bought it.. But was OK as DeLorme is a great product brand.

    Fits more than I expected. Works great as a gym bag but also used it for a 3 day carry on trip. At the airport I was able to fit a rolled up yoga mat under the handles, then flip the back straps on the bag, carrying it as a backpack with yoga mat attached- super handy! The backpack straps are way more useful than I thought they would be.

    I always wanted a pocket hole jig, and finally ran into some extra funds, and bit the bullet. This jig is very nice, and I will recommend it every time now that I have one. Anywhere there is a joint to be attached, this jig does it quicker, and nicer than any other system or idea I have used. The pocket holes really make things have the appearance of built by a pro. I am currently making some cabinet extensions for my kitchen, and they are much sturdier than the original cabinets that were in the house.
