    This has worked wonders for me! I'm 24 and I have three kids, a 4 year old, 2 year old and a 4 month old. At the first of this year, I was 198 pounds. I had a lot of extra fat and water weight.     I'm probably going to be a "lifer" with Realdose... My system was so off balance it took a couple of months to kick in... But when it did... I couldn't believe it! I cut my calories to 1200, but I've done that before and it didn't work.until I added Realdose.....I didn't exercise either( I should, I know)..., anyway, I love this stuff!!!
