I was disappointed about the contenance of this magazine. Did not find anything new or exiting. No practical information found.
I would give it a 4.5 but this computer does come pre-installed with a lot of bloat wear. Meaning software and program companies pay bit brand computer computer big dollars for computers to be sold pre-installed with there software. Many computer companies are doing this these days. The bad thing is this bloat where is exactly as it sounds it makes your computer run slow as hell sometimes to the point of freezing. Removing the bloat where is a good option and improves the computer greatly. Only thing is some of the bloat wear on the computer is asus bloat wear and removing the wrong thing could make the computer crash or become worse. Its best if you know how to properly unistall programs or get someone who does. This being said with the effort or removing bloat wear and now with doing computer updates. Its losing a star and a half because of the work to get it to be a good working and fun functioning computer. I give this computer a 4.5 star because with updates and bloat wear removal it works really good.
Easy install. took 15 minutes. looks great. I was worried after I first ordered it & realized it said it was gonna take a month & a half to receive it but, it showed up in about a week & a half later via express mail. I have yet to see anyone else with it in my area. it's a great unique look
This NTI software came pre-loaded with my Toshiba Canvio 1TB drive. It severely crashed my older XP Dell laptop to the point that I thought my laptop had finally died. When I noticed similar problems on my new Alienware desktop and a newer Dell laptop, I uninstalled the software from my XP system and my computer work fine. Tried loading it again with a link on the Toshiba website and it worked temporarily and then froze my computer up again. Uninstalled again and my computer was fine. Two strikes is enough for me. My next step is to contact Toshiba and see what they say, since the NTI software was included with their product. After seeing the others reviews, I can totally relate. I was getting ready to trash my old laptop and buy a new one. I'm glad I didn't. I have a feeling that I'm out a hundred bucks here. Regardless I will never purchase a Toshiba product again, let alone buy any NTI software.
The mattress causes shoulder pain and numb arms and stress on knees. I feel like this happens because I might not weigh enough to compress the bed, I weigh 130 lbs. at 5'5" (which is not that light really). But there is still not much give around my body and the bed actually feels hard. My back gets a almost enough support, but there could be more give to allow for support in the small of my back. The "egg test" is accurate in that you need a lot of weight for purple to cradle your arms and legs, without the extra weight you are just lying on top of a flatter, non-conforming bed that hurts the under side of my knees.
