La doxycycline, membre de la famille des tétracyclines, agit par inhibition de la fixation de l’ARNt sur la sous-unité 30S du ribosome, empêchant l’élongation de la chaîne peptidique. Sa biodisponibilité digestive est excellente, mais elle est diminuée en cas d’ingestion simultanée de sels de calcium, fer ou magnésium. La doxycycline diffuse bien dans les tissus et possède une demi-vie longue, permettant des administrations biquotidiennes. Elle est éliminée principalement par voie biliaire.     This product was ok I guess if you are just starting out. I may have just gotten a dud one because it really didn't have anything special and the cards it did have in it you couldn't even build but one of the suggested decks and it was a mono black devotion deck in my case. Kind of disappointed because I have seen several videos where they unboxed one of these and had gotten several good cards and was able to build 2 to 3 nice decks which is why I bought it.
