I was a little leery when I saw these. But decided to take the plunge and order them. I'm a very healthy person other than the fact that I drink a few energy drinks a day (3 kiddos). So anything to try and get that to no energy drinks is worth a shot!! This morning I took one, added it to water to ultimately test if it tastes like nothing, since most products claim that and it is most of the time not the case. Anyways, all you do is peel the sticker and stir it in your drink. So thats what i did, then drank it. Tasted like nothing as claimed and ALSO gave me energy very fast!! I drank it about an hour ago and im still full of energy, I love this!! I will update more if there is some sort of crash later. I definitely recommend these as you can put them in your purse for on the go purposes!!
I purchased this item to use during my recovery from total ankle reconstruction. I had to be completely non-weightbearing on that leg for a month, followed by a month of partial weightbearing. Crutches were not a viable option for full-time use as I needed at least one hand free for tasks such as meal prep. This item seemed like the best choice. I had high hopes and eagerly tried it out prior to the surgery. It was a little scary, to be honest. I am a petite gal and this thing just felt so bulky and unwieldy from the get-go. The upper part pivoted around that tiny foot in a difficult-to-control manner, making it seem wobbly, and the weight of the apparatus made it somewhat of a challenge to lift with just my hip/leg muscles. I never really felt safe on it despite watching several videos produced by the manufacturer and practicing the techniques contained therein. In fact, the one time I wore the device for an extended period, there was an incident when that pivoting action occurred and I landed HARD on my non-weightbearing foot as I fell backward on a sidewalk. That was it for me and the iWalk 2.0. I switched to a knee scooter after that. I should add that I am a fairly athletic person and in fact had the surgery for a sports-related injury; balance and coordination are not normally problematic for me.
The maintenance guy at work was using this stuff I'd never seen before called Gorilla Glue and I asked him what it was. He basically said that this was the best industrial glue around, so I had to try it. Minutes later I went to Amazon and had it ordered. I had recently purchased some emblems that were missing from the side of my car and was excited to try out the Gorilla Glue -- so when it arrived, I immediately went outside and glued the emblems onto my car. I swear within just a few minutes, those were stuck so tight that a crowbar wouldn't budge them! Since then I've found many other uses for Gorilla Glue and I'm happy I discovered it.
I have used this stuff for about a week now, I am only sad I didn't find it earlier in my life. I use it as directed and that means soak a cotton ball and dab on. I do find that if I dab in very small areas - as in one cotton ball dab at a time (instead of pouring it in my hand and basically dumping it all over the freshly shaven area) that it cuts the amount of burn. It DOES burn. Just like aftershave- or steptic power. I give this 5 stars because It DOES work. Here is the bad- it burns. And it smells like straight up rubbing Alcohol and cost WAY too much for what the ingredients are. But the key.... It does work like a champ. No bumps, ingrown hairs or razor burn and I have used it daily on my bikini area. I have noticed the burn is starting to dim down the liinger I use it.
