Sa biodisponibilité digestive est excellente, mais elle est diminuée en cas d’ingestion simultanée de sels de calcium, fer ou magnésium. La doxycycline diffuse bien dans les tissus et possède une demi-vie longue, permettant des administrations biquotidiennes. Elle est éliminée principalement par voie biliaire. Les précautions concernent le risque de photosensibilisation, d’hyperpigmentation dentaire et de troubles digestifs. Dans les recommandations cliniques, la mention doxycycline sans ordonnance est souvent accompagnée de rappels sur la nécessité d’éviter son usage chez l’enfant et la femme enceinte, ainsi que sur la surveillance des traitements prolongés.

    Sorry but despite my best efforts ( and calls to Trackr helpline) I have just thrown my devices away as the system is nothing short of useless. Firstly you must have the app running all the time which is fair enough. However if you accidentally switch the app off and back on again it won't work. If you ever use any other bluetooth device the Trackr becomes disabled and will definitely not pair again without a lot of work. In short I never could be confident that my devices were linked and whenever I tested them I usually found that they would not work. I love the idea but in practice the link is so unreliable it gives me no confidence whatsoever.

    So, 90% of this bike is awesome. However, the wheels and the seat are garbage and should both be replaced if you plan on putting any serious miles on this bike.
