Fllo however, does not recline when faced forward. both foonf and oobr reclines when faced forward but this one doesn't. can't believe that clek would omit this feature which makes other clek booster seats very appealing. returning to amazon however, was a breeze and very happy. If you are looking for not just rigid latch but also the reclining feature, don't buy this item.
