    I've been using this for 2 1/2 months twice/day. My hair dresser recommended it because my hairline was receding and I was starting to lose more hair each time I washed it. I have definitely noticed less hair loss, but I haven't noticed any new growth yet. I will continue to use twice/daily for awhile longer and see what happens.

    We have purchased three of these units. They work great when new. The first one failed and we didn't realize we had a warranty at the time and purchased a second. The second one also failed this time only about 4 months into ownership. Before it failed we purchased one for the mother in-law. Her's has also failed within a year. We have been trying to contact Haan for 4 months with regards to our replacement/repaired unit with no phone calls back or response to our emails. I will never purchase another product from this company again. Stay away, their product support is horrible.
