La doxycycline, membre de la famille des tétracyclines, agit par inhibition de la fixation de l’ARNt sur la sous-unité 30S du ribosome, empêchant l’élongation de la chaîne peptidique. Elle se caractérise par un spectre très large incluant bactéries atypiques, rickettsies, chlamydiae et spirochètes. Sa biodisponibilité digestive est excellente, mais elle est diminuée en cas d’ingestion simultanée de sels de calcium, fer ou magnésium. La doxycycline diffuse bien dans les tissus et possède une demi-vie longue, permettant des administrations biquotidiennes. Elle est éliminée principalement par voie biliaire. Les précautions concernent le risque de photosensibilisation, d’hyperpigmentation dentaire et de troubles digestifs.     So I haven't used the entire system but the spot treatment is amazing! It only took one night to reduce my giant pimple. It's not harsh and is pretty cheap. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a fast problem solver.

    This product is amazing! I was definitely skeptical at first, but I can honestly say that the PM is what stands out the most for me considering my work/training schedule! After being on 100 all day long, 20mins after taking the Masterbrain PM...I'm relaxed and on the verge of falling into that deep "I just received a massage" type of sleep! I don't necessarily like the groggy feeling after I wake up, but that's when the AM comes into play! I take the AM before I do ANYTHING once I wake up, and I do mean before I do ANYTHING! Like before I do the 3 S's, I take the AM...it usually hits me once I'm in the middle of my shower, BYE BYE GROGGINESS! The focus is incredible! The feeling is indescribable, but trust me when I say you'll know when you feel it! I absolutely love this product!!!!

    I bought this as one of two calendars for 2012. I live in two different cities and spend time visiting my families in both of those cities. I wanted one calendar for each home I live in, and couldn't find this one in stores, so I ordered it here. This calendar has good pictures of Kim, Kourtney and Khloe and one of Kris Jenner. I hung it on my wall in between my windows and it has good quality photos.
