    I'm infuriate and utterly disappointed because I received a completely defective item and then to add insult to injury, the Amazon customer service team provided me with no reasonable assistance. The Flight Switch Panel was defective straight out of the box. My computer couldn't even read the device. It NEVER worked. And as I stated earlier, my conversation with Amazon costumer service was a complete waste of my money and my time.

    Not well made and not well packaged. I don't think the 300 lbs in the description is realistic . I am 270 lbs and it doesn't feel very safe. It's held together by single screws and a lot of plastic.
