    I don't like the flavor and I never end up full. I have been mixing it with yogurt and blueberries in the morning which I do like, then I make a smoothie with added fruit for dinner. I eat soups or salads or sandwiches for lunch with a snack in between. In about 20 days I have lost about 4 pounds which I am ok with since I fall off track on some weekends. I work out 4-7 times a week usually at a light intensity

  • Arby-205 - Worked like a charm

    We have one Chevy Equinox and just ordered another one. We wanted to put the new one into the garage and tried with the one we have - however, the standard antenna was too high and it wouldn't fit under the garage door. We ordered the stubby and now the Equinox we have fits into the garage with room to spare - so now we know the new one will fit also. (They are the same size.) We tried the GPS, Sirius XM, OnStar, and the FM and AM. They all work as good as they did.

    I bought these from a local distributor but it appears this is the only place to post an honest review. I generally like the it works products. I use the greens daily and the wraps on occasion. The fat fighters did not work for me. They caused me severe bloating and nausea. I tried a few different times just to be sure it was the fat fighters, it was. I looked like I was 6 months pregnant!
