this is my second time doing the cleanse with this kit. absolutely love it. everything you need for 3 weeks of changing your diet and detoxing. you may feel pretty awful the first week but after that it's all uphill. you restart your system so that the sweetness of a raisin is once again amazing. you can't lose with this if you follow the plan. I lost 10 lbs in 3 weeks, wasn't even trying to lose weight, it's just built in.

I did some research on this Insinkerator and the Waste King and found that the Insinkerator is made in the Wisconsin and the Waste King is made in China. I bought the Insinkerator. It is more expensive than the Waste King but the quality is verry good and it is quiet as advertised.
