Camera is not reliable, in just the few days we have had it running it has had to be reset multiple times and I was unable to connect to it remotely using the Pyle IP app. The Pyle IP Pro app was even more unreliable and continuously crashed. There were even problems keeping it connected via the IP Camera Tool, thus requiring the camera to be restarted. It is being returned for a refund, and I will find a better camera that I can count on for our security needs.
