It is meant to AID you in weight loss, and that's definitely what it does. In 4 months I lost 20 pounds, with strength training, endurance training, etc. I prefer the mix to drink, haven't tried the capsules. Idk about everyone else, but when I start on it I have mild jitters but I'm not used to the caffeine. After a few doses, maybe a week, I'm fine and have lots of energy to kick ass in the gym ☺💪

UPDATED REVIEW: It was fun while it lasted. This modem lasted me 7 months before dying. Ironically I upgraded to the SB6183 model (even though this is the 3rd modem from the same company) and I love this one so far. Here's hoping it lasts longer than 7 months. I dropped my review down to 3 stars from 5 because this is the second reliability issue with this model.

I bought this chair after 4-5 time use it became disfuctional. The supprting back no longer works, DO NOT BUY.

I find that follicle booster pretty much does the same thing as rogaine does, but at less of a price. For people who think this product will magically make your hair grow, here is a reality check.

This book was so cool!!!!! I love it and it was good. I like the part where the second slumber party (not the mean girls. I just forgot the nice ppl names.) Got revenge on the first party by putting embarrassing pics up on thier house and put up that sign that said "welcome to the slumber party wars"
