The product is essentially good, but Sage has decided that in order to use the product they bought from Peachtree you must pay big bucks over and over and over again. This is not normal pay-as-you-go subscription software where you pay a fair amount monthly for the use of a product. This is software from a company that has decided to entice customers through the door without fully explaining what is being signed up to, then before they know what has hit them they are at the mercy of compulsory annual expensive maintenance agreements, minimal upgrades and poor customer service. The software is modeled on the timeshare industry. When you're in and the glitz wears a bit, you can't believe what you signed up to and there's often no way to leave without losing everything.

My husband and two bad shoulders and sciatica. I have a cervical spine problem and plantar fasciitis (heel problems). We noticed within a few days of using this cream that there was an improvement. My husband could start sleeping on his side again (no lie) and it eased the pain in my heels. Stretching stopped working and I was tired and concerned about taking too many anti inflammatory pills. After 2 weeks this is what has occurred. My husbands' shoulders have improved dramatically. He has not had any sciatica in over a week. My cervical spine pain has decreased and most of all, as of today I have zero heel pain. We are really pleased, so say the least about Penetrex. We are going to purchase another so we can make sure we don't run out. I can't say if it will work for everyone, and we were both very very skeptical at first. But, it has worked and worked well. I cannot praise this enough. Anything thing will stop my husband and myself from taking medication is worth it's weight in gold. Delivery was fast and well packaged. So all the way around we are tremendously happy. Thank you Penetrex!!!

We purchased for our children for Christmas - took a long time to blow up to find out it had two holes in it. Once on the water pretty cool until the second run and one of the ropes inside broke and collapsed one of the walls. You then have to worry about your child surrounded by plastic in the water and sinking. This is an itme that should not be sold as it could cause death if a child can not get out of the hole if anything goes wrong with tube. DO NOT BUY!

Like some of the other reviewers, I also do not understand why it’s hard to find negative reviews of this mattress. I purchased it based on people raving it about it, and it destroyed my back! I gave it 90 days before returning it. I woke up with so much back and neck pain it was ridiculous. The mattress also traps heat and made me sweat a lot. The only positive is the customer service is pretty nice and got my bed picked up and refunded pretty fast. Mattress is hard as a rock and gives NO support for those who suffer from back problems. Look elsewhere. Over hyped.
