  • jeri - works great

I have been using kaspersky for about 3 yrs, now, my son is the one that recommended it to me since he uses it on all his computers. I dont have the problems i was having with the other security ones i had been using, and have bought the single one or the one for 3 computers since i have a pc and a laptop.

  • L33chwife - this is not bad. I love Wen but it's too expensive

From someone who has used a ton of different brands of cleansing conditioner, this is not bad. I love Wen but it's too expensive. This is a good alternative but not the best deal compare to some equally good brands hence the 4 star. Overall a good buy.

  • PsiGuy - Every new version gets worse and worse.

Every new version gets worse and worse. $400 for basically what you can get for free with open office. also it requires a microsoft login which is stupid.

  • Celeste Callahan - Customer Service is a Nightmare!

At first, I had no problem with the product itself. However, after several months of using the product (only once a day, as I tend to have dry skin) my face suddenly broke out in a bright, feverish rash. I have tried several times to see if this were an isolated event, but it keeps happening. My problem, however, isn't the fact that I paid over $100 for a product that I can't even use anymore. My problem is that I was signed up for the vitamins that promised to help with skin and acne. They were free with my first purchase. Apparently they're only free for the first set, and unbeknownst to me, they kept sending me these stupid vitamins (that didn't work) that cost $100!!! I went on their website to try to unenroll from these vitamins, but there was no place to do so. I finally called to cancel my entire subscription, was put on hold, told my story to a customer rep, then put on hold AGAIN, and then was told by the automated voice messaging system that all their reps were busy but that I could leave a message and they would call me back. Meanwhile, I'm getting threatening letters telling me that I owe them for these vitamins that I don't want nor need and have no way to unenroll for them. Finally, I get someone on the phone (after several more tries). The gentleman told me to send back the vitamins and I wouldn't have to pay for them. Dutifully, I sent the vitamins back (I had to pay the shipping cost). Now, I'm still getting collection letters from them saying that I still owe $100 for vitamins that aren't even in my possession!!! I contacted customer service AGAIN, and was told that they never received the vitamins and that I would have to fill out a legal waiver that they would send in the mail. I feel like I have contracted a parasite: I think I'm done with the entire ordeal and then, BAM! I get another collection letter. I will NEVER EVER buy anything from Guthy-Renker again. I don't care if they come up with a pill that melts fat off and makes me lose my craving for anything with carbohydrates. I'll stay fat!!!

  • Joe Crump - Not so comfortable

I've used SensorExcel for many years but wanted to experiment. I bought these with high expectations I'd find my new shaving companion, but quickly put these in the "use only if out of razors" section of my cabinet. They were much more uncomfortable to shave with and caused me to bleed much more so than with the SensorExcels. If your beard is the kind that takes a really careful touch to shave, then I don't recommend these.
