  • Montani - The WV state software did not work properly

    The federal version worked well and I like it pretty well. However for the price they are now charging they should provide a free E-file for the state too and in this case the WV state tax department said the software sent unneeded and incorrect information. When I called H&R Block about it, they just brushed off my complaint and didn't resolve it for me. They would not even promise to fix it in next year's release.

    This software is not intended for you to build a house, but it is close. Excellent capability to create a plan that you can take to a builder / architect. I used this to plan a summer home with an exposed basement and the software allowed me to model the slopes and set the building elevation fairly easily. Home Designer gives you the ability to check out possibilities and get a very good idea of what you want before you get serious with a builder.

    I just used this the other day for the first time and if you don't know when you use a protein treatment you have to follow behind with a super moisturizing and hydrating deep conditioner or it will dry your hair out. I left the treatment on of course under the dryer until it hardened. Then I sat under the dryer with a deep conditioner for about 20 minutes and I have not flat ironed my hair in 4 months and when I say my curls snapped back after this treatment, I mean they snapped back! Its been almost a week since I used it and my curls are still as tight as if I had done the treatment yesterday. I recommend this to anyone who has heat damaged hair or color damaged hair I greatly recommend this. 2 thumbs way up!
