    Poor quality program. Relatively very little game time. Was more a documentary than coverage of the Stanley Cup.

  • Elizabeth Smith - Last time I purchased the Step by Step books was the 2007 version and it came w/ CD's to download the classes which was awesome.

    I had a very disappointing Experience. After receiving the book I was unable to download the files from on-line. Last time I purchased the Step by Step books was the 2007 version and it came w/ CD's to download the classes which was awesome. The 2010 version does NOT come with Cd's, you have to down load classes on-line. I tried several times to download the classes and came up with blank files. What's worse, there's no Customer Service phone # where you can talk to someone. The only option you have it to email Customer Service for help. After sending emails back/forth .. I give up. I can't reach a human! I got not where. What are you do? You throw the books away, waste your money, and find find another product that works.

    I chose this product after using a sample that was provided at a natural hair expo. The results were great on wet or dry hair and easy to use. I would recommend this product to anyone on a natural hair journey as it leaves your hair soft and healthy looking.

    Charles Murray is certainly a controversial author. While some may not agree with his conclusions, the statistics cited in this book are disturbing. He makes the case that our society is being divided between an educated upper class and a non-educated lower class and it is becoming increasingly difficult to bridge that divide. The divide is becoming not just one of financial means and education but also one of values and culture. This book should be a must read for every elected official in the nation - particularly those that go to Washington.
